Hearth Quilt, 68 1/2" x 89 1/2", using Robert Kaufman Sky collection of ombre and the Ombre Quilts book by Jennifer Sampou.  Hearth is a traditional block made jumbo and modern. The central eight-pointed star is hand appliqued and is a symbol of hope, joy, and goodness.  The hues are inspired by the colorful life we live under our roof, while the silent clouds move above our heads, reflecting the beauty of light and time. Kit includes all fabrics except for the Double Stick fusible web, binding, backing and batting.
