Bold Wilmington Prints in batiks-blues and grays are featured in Blue Smoke, a gorgeous large quilt! Within a generous quilt layout, the unusual center features large custom blocks, pieced setting triangles, and pieced borders inserted top and bottom to make a rectangular quilt. The outer pieced border has different blocks set into diamond-on-a-square blocks. While this is a stunning pattern, none of the piecing is difficult. The result is a fabulous and richly-colored heirloom quilt.
